Workgroup policy on women

The NWO-wide workgroup women’s policy develops policy targeted at the influx and promotion of female talent at universities and research institutes that receive funding from NWO and it also monitors the results of that policy.

Taskforce Talent to the Top

The NWO Taskforce Talent to the Top is responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the Governing Board’s decision regarding the gender balance on the boards and committees of NWO and for the personnel gender objectives of the NWO employer.

WVOI Steering Group Talent to the Top

In Talent to the Top Steering Group of the Employers' Association of Research Institutes (WVOI) the five WVOI employers (CWI, FOM, NIOZ, NWO as employer and the Koninklijke Bibliotheek) harmonise their activities in this area. All five organisations have signed the Charter Talent to the Top.
